Friday June 10

Guys On Drugs perform @ The TV Lounge (2548 Grand River Avenue Detroit, MI 48201). Cover is $5 and the music begins at 10pm. For those who don’t know, G.O.D. is made up of E. Spleece, Secrets, and Dan Wagner. It is labeled as a progressive trance and dubstep party online. My day began with a theatrical imaginary food eating performance from an Asian Pokemon princess raver and a 40 year old woman dressed like Raggity Ann with pink hair; feeding each other bites of imaginary berries one by one with the utmost sincerity. The funniest part, immediately after the performance and celebratory dance to the DTM 5×5 set, the Pokemon raver literally pulled out a non imaginary granola bar (Kashi) and began truly eating real food. Coincidence? I think not. Government Conspiracy? I think so… or maybe all the imaginary eating made her hungry.

Paul Woolford @ Motor City Wine (608 Woodward Ave, Detroit, Mi, 48226). Admission is $5 after midnight, and this is a 21+ event. Also performing are Guy Lafleu and Todd Weston. Law abiding citizens @ The TV Bar (2548 Grand River Ave, Detroit, Mi) $5 all night . For those that don’t know, Law Abiding Citizens is a trio of electronic music staples in Detroit. Made up of krisko, e.spleece, and john johr, this is a combo you have to check out .

FRIDAY MAY 20

Radio Skool Presents : Davide Squillace @ The Works (1846 Michigan Ave, Detroit, MI). Tickets are $10 in advance and can be found HERE, $15 at the door. Also Performing alongside Davide will be Detroit’s own Stacey Pullen, Mike Brown, Daniel Andres, Jesse James, Calico, and Serax. The Radio Skool crew joins forces with the Nightsneak crew to bring an official movement pre-party that is sure to be a banger!

G3nius presents: Maceo Plex @ New Center Park (Outdoors-2998 W. Grand Boulevard, Detroit, MI (corner of Second Ave) 6pm -12am. Advance tix are $10 and can be found HERE. Also performing at this event will be 2 collaborative sets: Dan Bain vs Punisher, and Daniel Andres vs Ari Frank. This event is for a great cause with all proceeds going to the Colin Hubbell Memorial Fund, which is dedicated to the development of the Detroit business community. Come out and party under the sun!
