Detroit Techno House

It’s getting a little closer to that time of year folks. The time where warm air, techno, and dance music fanatics from around the globe transform Hart Plaza into an electronic utopia. Starting May 25th until the 27th we will be celebrating once again, for the 14th time to be exact, techno music on the Detroit riverfront. Last year Paxahau, the company behind the event, recorded the best attendance since becoming a paid festival in 2005 and has every intention of going bigger this year. The first draft of the lineup has just been released and is looking rather nice. Here is a list of who is booked so far.

Personally, I’m really excited to see J. Phlip, Dennis Ferrer, and Tensnake. I also want to see what all the fuss about Big Gigantic is as well. The lineup is looking to be pretty good so far, and I’m sure more mind blowing acts will be announced shortly.

Ticket prices are $80 for the three day pass. If you want to go super baller style, then you can purchase a VIP pass for $200. Tickets can now be purchased from Movement.us
