Hey kids, It’s Walt, back with your fix of electronic music madness in The “D”. This weekend is one hell of a roller-coaster, so hang and get ready to dance!

Friday, May 13

“Family Ties” with Mark Farina @ The Works (1846 Michigan Avenue Detroit, MI 48216). This is a special Movement pre-party also featuring DJ Seoul, Chuck Daniels, Chuck Flask, Wattie Green, and Eric Sutter. Tickets are $15 advance and can be found Here. If you don’t know Farina, google his f’ing name and then realize you have been missing out!

Saturday, May 14

LP Events Presents “In Connection” with Diamond Dancer (Live Vocals), Brian Bali, The Souled out Project, Dalt-B, and Jay Ramsey. This event is happening @ Olso (1456 Woodward ave, Detroit, MI) and admisson is only $5! This party is celebrating the unique connection between Detroit and Chicago through electronic music. This I can dig.

“Patio Action 2” with Keith Kemp, Mr Joshooa, Sergio Santos, Reptile Zoo (Live), Dance Party Sample Board, Jermy Poling, Eric Sutter, Matt Vaught, and Soren. This party is happening @ The TV Bar (2548 Grand River Avenue, Detroit, MI 48201) and it’s $5 all night. This is a celebration of the warm weather and dawning of the patio environment. All you smokers get your lighters ready, now you can kill yourself, and have someone murder your face at the same time!

“Second Saturday” @ Motorcity Wine (608 Woodward Avenue Detroit, MI- 2nd Floor) With Josh Surma, J. Garcia, and Jay Ramsey. If you want to hear some good house music, I suggest making your way down to this new Detroit venue for a peek. No word on cover, but I bet it will be reasonable.

Ok lads, that’s all for this week. Please let us know how these events went by leaving comments to this post. We always love to hear how things went. Until next week. Glasshouse out-
