Hi there, Mr.Glasshouse here to bring you Detroit’s best nightlife options for the upcoming week… It’s hot in the D, both physically and musically. Serious, sweat is gonna be dripping on the dancefloor causing broken stripper-heel ankles everywhere.

Stacey Pullen @ Exodus Rooftop Deck (523 Monroe Greektown, Detroit). Admission is $5 before 11:30 $10 after, 21+. Also performing resident Raw Wave. Detek and Radio Skool on a roof? Sounds like a party… Rain or shine, go shake your behind.

Kevin Saunderson @ The Works (1846 Michigan ave, Detroit) w/ John Johr. Admission is $20 and the event is 18+. Also performing are many Dirty 313ctronic artists in the front room… A classic DJ at a classic venue.

Mid Summer Meltdown w/ Dirty Talk @ Majestic complex (4120 Woodward, Detroit) also performing Serax, Matt Clarke, Calico, Suburban, Paranormal Tek, and many more. This event is $20 before 12am and $25 after. The event is 18+, and it goes from 7-4am. A unique amalgamation of many genres, you have dubstep, techno, house, glitch, electro, and I’m sure many more… Sounds interesting. Someone please go, then come back and report the details.

That does it for this edition of the party planner. Please rave responsibly and remember to take your flintstone chewables. Good day sir… I said good day!

  1. Hello there!

I am planning to stop off in detroit on the way to a family wedding.

Just wanted to know – are there detroit techno nights every week without fail?
I am planning on stopping over either 10th or 16th September.

I tried asking the internet but it wasn’t being very helpful this evening (except for pointing me to this excellent website of course!)

  2. Here’s a link to a rooftop party with Todd Edwards on Sept 10th.

Other than that, you can always plan on something going down at the Works. Check back those weeks as we will have an update on whats going down. Thank You.

  3. this should be real sweet on the 16th if you are interested.

btw to all who manage this site how do I post upcoming events or is it strictly site owner selective.

  4. If your interested in having us post up one of your future events, just email any of us at the addresses on the “about” page. Thanks.
